Pregnancy and the postpartum journey are crucial times to focus on taking care of your new and changing body. A great way to do this is by what you are eating and drinking.
When tried, we tend to turn to easy, comfortable, accessible food that may be a short-term satisfaction, but long-term is not sustaining. I know I've been guilty of this with my first two postpartum periods, and wish I had more nutrient and tasty meals that I could easily heat up and eat.
While many moms desire this, many moms don't have the energy or time to prepare these foods ahead of time. That is where I want to help!
Introducing, Visitation Birth Doula Food Delivery. Have healthy, ready-to-eat food made for you and dropped off either before or after your birth. You will get to pick your options from a menu prior to drop off, as well as specify any and all allergies or aversions.
Some meals/snacks can be frozen as well for easy prep and snacks can be used for labor snacks as well.
Each food delivery comes with:
1 loaf of bread
2 soups/broths (6-8 servings each)
2 meals (6-8 servings each)
