Invite God into your birth
Catholic/Christian View of Birth, Postpartum, and Motherhood
Pregnancy, birth, and motherhood are miraculous blessings in life that can also be overwhelming. There are many choices that you will make for your health, your birth, and your child. I believe in the beauty of birth and the postpartum period and the beauty of having a support team to surround you during this beautiful, vulnerable, and miraculous time.
As a doula, my goal is to help accomplish your plans for your birth and postpartum journey, to help support both the mother and her husband/partner to feel in control of the labor and delivery, and ultimately help the mother know that she is made for this moment.
Meet the Doula
My name is Maggie and I am a DONA certified birth doula and a trained postpartum doula. I have been passionate about birth and nurturing mother through their postpartum journey since my pregnancy with my second daughter and love to see how birth truly empowers women.

Maggie was INCREDIBLE! By far the best thing we did in preparing for the birth of our daughter was hiring Maggie as our doula. It was so nice having someone in the room who shared our values, especially since I ended up having a fairly traumatic birth experience that involved going to a different hospital and having a different care plan than we had anticipated. An example of her dedication - she drove hours through a foot of snow to make it to the birth. Her presence brought such a positivity and peace into the room, which beforehand had been utter chaos. I don't think I would have made it through the birth without her! You will not regret having Maggie on your birth team.
